General terms and conditions with regard to TUI fly discount codes

These terms and conditions apply to the use of discount codes offered by TUI Airlines Belgium nv. By using the discount codes of TUI Airlines Belgium nv, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. These terms and conditions apply to digital and printed discount codes offered by TUI Airlines Belgium nv.
2. These codes grant a discount amount or a discount percentage.
3. The nature, period and expiry date of a promotion and other specific terms and conditions can be found in the communication which contains the discount code. Each discount code is valid during a specific period, after which the discount code can no longer be used.
4. Discount codes published by TUI Airlines Belgium nv can be used for purchases on TUIfly.be. The discount codes are not valid for products offered by third parties via TUIfly.be, such as holiday extras (excursions, airport transport, rental car, etc.); see e.g. https://www.tuifly.be/en/add-ons) and are not valid for gift vouchers either.
5. You cannot use discount codes for outstanding reservations.
6. Unless stated otherwise, each discount code can only be used once per person and per e-mail address.
7. If a discount code is used for a booking of which the (total) price is below the value of the discount code, the remaining value of the discount code shall be lost.
8. Promotions are valid while stocks last.
9. In case of any modification to the booking, you are no longer entitled to the discount obtained via the discount code (if a promotion applies to the new booking, the new discount code shall be valid).
10. You cannot exchange discount codes for money. You cannot use a discount code to obtain a discount on other products than the ones to which the promotion in question applies and which have been described in detail in the communications which contain the discount code.
11. Discount codes are provided only once. In case of theft or loss, no compensation shall take place. The definition of loss includes the accidental deletion of e-mails.
12. It is not allowed to modify or forge discount codes by hacking, sending viruses, spamming, forwarding e-mails or engaging in any other activity.
13. You cannot use discount codes for commercial purposes and/or any other purposes than the ones for which they were offered.
14. Any (attempted) fraud or other prohibited action shall be recorded and shall invalidate your right to use discount codes.
15. The discount code is not valid in combination with other promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions of each discount code.
16. The discount code is only to be used for TUI fly bookings with TUI Airlines Belgium nv.
17. The validity of the coupon and the appropriateness of its use shall be judged by TUI Airlines Belgium nv, irrespective of the sales channel through which the customer redeems or uses the discount code
18. The customer can never claim any rights based on the fact that they were unable to use the discount code and the customer can never use a discount code afterwards or with retroactive effect (the discount code cannot be used for travel products already purchased)
19. If any errors in the way in which the discount is granted or settled come to light, including unexpected and sudden effects and/or effects not desired by TUI Airlines Belgium nv, TUI Airlines Belgium nv is entitled to suspend the applicability of certain discount codes or revoke the relevant discount code in its entirety. In that case, customers who want to make use of the discount codes in good faith shall have their rights honoured or receive compensation at TUI Airlines Belgium nv’s discretion.
20. If a minimum amount is stated, the following conditions apply. In case of a flight, the minimum amount is the amount of the flight including the airport taxes. Meals on board, baggage, insurance, airport transport and other extras are not included in the calculation of the minimum amount.

Redeeming your discount code is done as follows:

1. The terms and conditions and possibilities for use differ per discount code. You are therefore kindly requested to read the e-mail, web page or printed medium containing the discount code carefully.
2. Book your flight on www.tuifly.be
3. At the end of the booking, you can enter the discount code and the discount will immediately be applied to the price.
4. Enter the exact code (numbers, letters, dashes).
5. Tip: the discount code is not valid if you book a flight to which the promotion does not apply.
