What should I do if my baggage has been damaged?
Damaged baggage at the airport
Report damaged baggage immediately at the Lost and Found desk before you leave the airport. You'll need your reservation number, boarding pass and baggage label to create a Damaged Baggage Report (DBR). The Lost and Found team will give you the completed report and explain the next steps.
Making a claim
You need to report repairs or replacements through Dolfi1920's baggage claim service. Without your official Lost and Found report, Dolfi1920 can't process your claim.
For damaged items like buggies, wheelchairs or pet carriers, fill in our complaint form.
If you only notice the damage after arriving home, you can submit your TUIfly claim through myTUI.
Claims for other airlines
For baggage on another airline, contact them directly within 21 days.
