What types of insurance exist and what are their terms?
These are the available insurances:
Cancellation insurance
The cancellation insurance will reimburse entirely cancellation or modification fee BEFORE your trip if the reason for the cancellation or modification is covered under the terms of the insurance policy.
Travel and assistance insurance
This travel and legal assistance insurance covers costs incurred DURING your trip. You can take out this insurance policy in addition to the one mentioned above.

We hereby wish to inform you that it is compulsory to have a legal assistance insurance if you are going to Cuba. You do not necessarily have to book this insurance through TUI. However, the insurance company does need to be a member of the Asistur group. If you have not taken out this insurance policy through TUI you will need to present the required certificates at the check-in desk.
